I am Nigerian, resident in England where I have just concluded a degree in Information Systems. I am interested in moving to Canada but can't seem to find my qualification on the job listings on canada's website.

Does this disturb the process of migrating in any way. Again, how long does the process take (assuming I can come)?

Well, if you cannot find your NOC code and you have a degree in information systems - then you should ask yourself if you are really qualified.
Anyway try 2171 maybe that is the category you belong to . . .

2171 - Information Systems Analysts and Consultants
0213 - Computer and Information Systems Managers
2281 - Computer and Network Operators and Web Technicians
...

Just go to this website and do a word search for "computer" or "information" or any other word that pertains to your current job.  You'll be able to track down the best match, I'm sure.
