Good day friends.

I would like to ask for your opinion regarding my application. I applied through consultant in 02/2010 and I got my passport request after many problems with consultant. Due to disagreement with my consultant i sent my passport directly to CHC london. i put my own address on envelope which is different from one on ecas. i have already paid all dues to consultant but now am thinking if chc will send my passport to consultant or to me? If to consultant i'm worrying he will purposely delay in telling me again, if he knows i sent passport can he contact chc and delay my visa issuing? it is now 5 days since chc got my passport, can i cancel my representative now? my ecas showing decision made since saturday.

please let me know the opinion. many thanks.

The consultant - your authorized representative - cannot influence CHC for making delay of stamping the visa. As per your authorization CHC will consider that you have still a consultant representing your case.

many thanks wilson. but can i to cancel to the consultant now? if i knew about this website before i would not hire consultant at all, he only made problems. i even filled all forms and did paperworks collection by myself but i thought no one can apply for immigration without consultant or lawyer. now am worry chc will send passport to consultant even after i send envelope with my own address. please suggest.

CHC will send passport to the self addressed envelop not to consultant address. I have a consultant and this is the way it is done your passport will be sent directly to you not to your consultant. This is usual.
