Possibility for IT Now a days to Quebec from India.

This is Anand from India(Bangalore), As i am observing people are sharing their experiences well, Thanks for all for that,

And now coming to my case, I did B Tech(Computers) in 2005 and i am having 5+ years of experience in IT(.Net),

I am going to marry next month, She did Degree(BSc),

I enquired about Quebec & planning for Quebec, As of now i did not do any French course and IELTS,

People are saying DELF A1 & A2 for french and i am planning to join the french classes,

Can anybody tell me the possibility for IT People to Quebec now a days and how much time it may take from India,

I don't understand, why would you want to go to Quebec? India is a IT powerhouse, so why would you want to leave and go to Quebec which has no jobs and no industry of any kind, even Canadians don't like Quebec.

Actually my primary target is USA, But as of now i don't think so we can not even think about H1B kind of things,

So if we go on Quebec Immigration after some time we can switch to any state in Canada and moreover it will be easy for USA also,

Please share your ideas on my case,
