Launch skype, Select the person's name that you want the history for. In the right hand pane select 'show messages from'. Select the time frame eg 30 days etc. the history is then listed. Highlight the complete history, then copy and paste into a word doc.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
I'm hoping that Cupid can help me out today.
@  Champion D, Delon and Admirable....What if I get a PPR soon, what should I do? It's only a month that my husband and I are having some problems, I am not sure what to do. Any advise.
Our forms were submitted June 2011, file transferred in Aug and AOR received in Sept.

Happy Valentine's Day.
I have a question. Received a postal mail today from PoS asking for additional communication docs. The letter is dated 1Feb, the problem is on 2nd Feb I mailed PoS a bundle of stuff including comms docs, pics, boarding passes and a copy of our marriage certificate, as we did not send one with our app. We had sent a copy of the solemnization of marriage.
What should I now do, should I send the stuff again or should I send them a CSE stating I have already sent it earlier?
Thanks guys.

Hi Avatar, this is something you would want to discuss with your husband. If he hasn't withdrawn the application then maybe he does want to work on the marriage. Nevertheless, you do want to make sure that the both of you are on the same page even before a PPR. I'm sure you don't want to immigrate to CA with a broken down marriage. Now is the best time to figure out what the both of you want. Also, please take into consideration that you don't want to get into problems with CIC for misrepresentation.  You are in my prayers. I wish you all the best...xxx

Hi Smokie, you should send a CSE informing them that the documents were sent into prior to their request. No need sending duplicates....unless they misplace the info. Always make copies of anything you send to CHC- POS.

Because i will leave the island soon to go deliver in CAnada, my hubby and i are thinking to ask for an entry visa. He had a multiple entry one that expired last june. Do they give entry visa while waiting for an anwser for the Residency?

Also my love cant staind waiting in Sint Maarten for the answer or Residency, he wants to move back from Colombia where he is from and ask to transfer his file there...is that a good idea? Any idea on the extra delay that could cost us?

You can try for the visa. He may or may not get through. Do take into consideration that your husband does have strong ties to CA and as a result,  they can decline a visa.

If he xfers his file to the Colombia visa office, its more waiting. I'm not sure how long this office takes to process applications for PR. However, since you are almost at the end, just leave the file at POS.

Happy Belated Valentines Everyone!!

Avatar I am not well versed in this area but my advice would be to work on your marriage now and discuss things with your husband as admirable said he has not withdrawn his app so it could mean he wants to work on it. Relationships in general all have their difficulties at one point in time and distance can make it much worst. You will be in my  prayers but just continue working at it.

Hope everyone get some positive updates!!!!

Admirable,

Good morning! I just had to share...some things you just cannot make up.... email from my atty's office
"I trust this message will find you well.
Kindly note that we received a response from the visa office in Port of Spain, following a request for a status update which we sent them.
They informed us that they have contacted XXX and asked him to collect his visa stamped passport, Confirmation of Permanent Residence form and original documents since November 11th 2011.  Up to date he has not picked up his documents.

What was disturbing is that hubby is already here, landed with his PR card and working Lips sealed I just couldn't believe the email and I couldn't help but wonder if someone else's file is buried in a folder with his name on it. That's why I am so anal with paperwork esp immigration paperwork because it never goes away. POS recorded my DOB backwards ex: 3/5/2012 in my passport was recorded as May 3 2012 on my COPR....took 6 months to have that corrected and even the Service Ontario recorded the error bc whatever is on that landing paper is now official even if every other document states otherwise and the burden of proof is on you to get is corrected.

I made a formal request to POS to acknowledge an error was made and I want written confirmation that he picked up his papers...I could only imagine what the outcome would have been if he was still waiting like some of my brothers and sisters in this forum....
