 @  ks232

You entering the US illegally will obivously be brought up in your application process. Just be honest about it. All you have to do is prove a genuine marriage in your application.

Also try directing your concern to Leon or other top members of this forum who may be more familiar with cases similar to yours.

Best of luck!!!

@ Sannkam An interview is not always required. Just have to sit tight and wait. Processing times for POS is approx 14 mths. It may take less or more. Happy waiting!!!

Even better  @ Can4Vincy . I was going based on the processing times listed on CIC website. I did not receive AOR from POS.

Did they send you AOR through email or snail mail?

Hi Everyone!
Ive been reading this forum for awhile now, and its really been helping me through this VERY slow process. I cant really complain as there have not been very many bumps along the road for us .... yet (fingers crossed)  Smiley
We started this whole process in November 2010, and we now just received an e-cas update that "medical results have been received".....Im hoping this is a good thing!??!?
We had one problem to overcome, it was that my commom-law partner overstayed his visa and was told to leave. We paid the 400 fee and filled out all the proper paperwork they wanted us to, and that all happen at the end of September. Does anyone know how long it takes to process this? I heard it goes to another department......any insight on this would be great Smiley

Alo, med recieved is usually at the end of the process, so cross your fingers that this will be over soon! Im thinking is they needed additional info they should have asked for it already.

Can4vincy, any updates yet? I cant even imagine how frustrated you are.
