It was so dead in here....lolz. It's good to check in regularly even though we've heard no news in regards to our PR App.
Well Forum, I have heard nothing from POS. It's been 6-7mths since they had my file. I'm. On the brighter side, approx 7 more months to go....& that's me trying to be positive about thiiz frustrating process of waiting.

I received your inbox message but im not permitted to send personal messages for some reason.
Im answer to your question, no i did not have to attend an interview, which i'm very grateful for. Everything was done via mail.
My profession is Financial Manager and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Mngt, with 10 years experience in the Financial Industry.
I friend of mine was in similar situation like me, he got married to a Canadian Citizen, her application is being processed thru POS Office and they called her to attend an interview in Guyana. It did not go well as they do not believe the marriage is real. So she is left the USA and is now in Guyana, and the Canadian Embassy denied her visa. However she is still trying her best to see if there is more she could do, or a possible review of her case.

I know Canada has opportunities but I'm not sure if she will want to risk going through Canadian Immigration.

Admirable....lol....I realized that.  keep being positive its the only way to get thru this! I dont think ECAS only updates on tues.....I got ECAS updates on if i remember correctly on a thurs and on a sat. Thank you trini777! Im sure it wont be long for you! Can4vincy I am crossing my fingers for you! Thank you again....I am soooooooooo excited!!!!! Can't wait for tom! We have to keep the forum going!!! I think she has aged out! Her mother is in the process of adjusting her status. It will be a long wait for her. I've read that nurses going to CA have quick processing times through this forum.

Congrats on your husband coming tomorrow. that is super exciting. let us know how that goes.
well we havent heard anything since june 16 when my hubby received his AOR. it said in the letter that if we didnt here anything in 6-12 months to contact them. so by december 16th if we dont hear anything i am going to be contacting them and i will keep contacting them until they get their butts in gear.
hopefully we start to hear something out of POS. how can we light a fire under these people?
