Hey Spiritrac and everyone...I'm here and still waiting  . No news at all. Its been 1 month tomorrow since hubbys redo was sent to POS. Trying to figure out how these people can act this way when unfortunately they hold our lives in their hands. (or on their desks). It's so wrong! Wishing everyone luck and hope to hear some updates!! I'm from the jamaica, kgn forum but pos has had our med re-do since may 30 and still nothing!!!! They are doing an investigation apparently to find out what's happ to it. I don't get pos we have been going thro this since july when the bfd was and they wait till now??? Why not jus ask the doctor to fax a copy of the medical? Very frustrating!!

All we can do is wait. I spent part of the morning reading VO's operations manuals lots of information
and very enlightening
Spoke also to the Attorney's handling our case about the status and medical redo. They informed us that the fact that they asked for a new police clearance suggest that the case is nearing completion. I asked about the medicals and if we should redo them they said not to worry about the medicals because sometimes they extend the validity of the medicals but if they need to they would send a specific form to have the medicals redone

Hi Everyone,
POS is extremely quiet. Many of us haven't heard anything in regards to our file and it's frustrating. We are eager to know the status of our file and just ready to get this process over with. E-Cas is useless. I don't get any updates. My PR application is actually states not available. Today my hubby wrote his MP in regards to my permanent residence application. We need answers and since we've heard nothing from POS, I hope this helps!
