see what doesnt make sense to me is why their timeline is 15 months when are they not suppose to give you a response before your medical is done? this whole things is crazy to me. i guess i am not going to go to the immigration place after all if you guys think it is a waste of time.

Hey Spiritac....I havent heard anything from POS. They've received my hubby's app since April 29th (accord to ECAS) and he hasnt received an AOR as yet.
It is soo quiet! Come on POS get moving plzzz!

Yes POS seems to have been very quiet not hearing much, and this thread is the quietest I have seen I post on the Jamaica, December and Buffalo threads and those are quite busy.
The last thing we heard from POS they wanted my son's birth certificate and proof that I had returned to Canada they got that in May and had requested it by June 3 have not heard anything since ECAS still shows application received whereas Buffalo has requested us to pay the RPRF which was already paid and my wife's app on ecas says in process.

Received news from POS today they are again requesting my son's birth certificate (we already sent one ) but they want a certificate dated closer to the day he was born rather than the current certificate they said that the date on the current certificate is May 2011 they want something from 1988, the problem with that is we would not have that available and the registry gives you a birth certificate but its signed on the day you pick it up not the original date it was first issued this is so frustrating

Spoke to my Attorney today we are sending a letter describing how the process works and also sending them his immunization records which also have my name on it as his father.
I guess they are trying to ascertain if I am his father.
