No hun, I am still waiting on hearing something.
A friend of mine got a call from the POS office stating that they needed more documents regarding some police stuff for her illegal entry into the US back in the day (she never had any encounters with the cops) in order for them to continue processing her application.

AMEN!!!!!!! Lord, please send my husband home for Christmas!!!!!!!!!! Lately Ive been annoyed at holiday commercials and stuff here in Canada.  Hubby mentioned that Guyana is busy with the holiday music, TV programs, & other Christmas preparation. Regardless, we are both in solemn spirits because of this immigration uncertainty. Still waiting. . .7 months and counting. |

yeah but half them IOs going to go on vacation with their families...it happens in my office and i suspect everywhere else....! I am planning to go grenada for a week in December!
all by yourself Honey? ?? I soo would love to go somewhere in December too but the other half cannot get anymore vacation time from work cuz he took it all up at the beginning and mid year to travel. |

Good day everyone I am still playing the waiting game.I just thought I would drop by to update u guys that POS is still working..my husband received yet another letter dated October 29th asking for a DNA for his son because he did not sign for him at birth.. He has no other way to proof that he is the father.. They wanted either baptism paper of school report showing that he uses his dad last name.. Anyways the send me a list of DNA clinic in Canada for me to go to and paid for the test. I am not too surprise because we were expecting this.well I will keep u guys posted.. Keep the faith guys.

Hi confused, I ordered caips notes afetr my interview in sept, only to find out that my app. was refused. I never knew io can actually say false things in caips notes, I took three alibums, two from my wedding in june 2010, and one from my hubbys visit, yet the io said that the albums were repeats of pics that i sent with my app. not true, big lie, she also said that I said I gave up on my husaband, not true again, also she said I have little knowledge about my hubby, everything she asked me I gave her an answer, whats her prob, she said i did a huge wedding because I wanted to prove my marriage is genuine, she said so many things that are false , so we will do an appeal, we never received the official yet though, so we're waiting to get that, keep me posted, good luck, tell me is your friend in yhe US illegal? tell her I was like that and I had the hardest int. ever, any ways goodluck to you and her |

oh *censored word*. i am so sorry about your situation.  well no news for me from the embassy. maybe the mail is just on the way..i noticed it takes like two weeks for the last letter to reach me. if i hear nuthing by the end of november then i am giving up and resigning my self to hearing something in the new year. |

I am so sorry to hear that, I can't believe she did that.....what bull*censored word*! You know, i get it that these IO have reason to be suspicious of our marriage because of our illegal status in the United states but if we were trying to get status, why would be marry a Canadian? It would be far easier to marry an AMerican citizen, you don't have to leave the freaken country to get your greencard.
