Hi

I am from Bangladesh, would like to go for further (MASc.) study in Canada; My CGPA in Bachelor of Engineering is very poor 2.8 (4.0 Scale). is it possible to get admission in any university in British Columbia with this poor CGPA??

It's difficult. but u can try...send email to different prof and ask them they have any position for you for Master's by research. Or u can take admission in M.Eng after getting good grades in some courses u can transfer in M.A.Sc.

With such a low GPA, its quite unlikely any good BC uni will accept u as a masters student unless u score very high in yr GRE or take another post grad diploma from any uni in canada then apply from the good results u obtain from the post grad GPA!

if u take GRE and make ur SOP strong enough, and also ur Reference letters must be strong, then there is a chance u may get admission
