Need your comments regarding POLO

Kindly help me regarding POLO verified contract, I'm a provincial nominee under Employer direct priority asessment stream. I have a pre approved job offer, and support letter for temporary work permit from CIC canada multicultural division..Do I still need to prepare this Verified POLO contract to Exit Philippines when my visa was approved

thank you very much
