Hello, I just wanted to ask a one thing

Can a  polish person who's having his work permit (not  a green card) in US come to visit Canada for a few days? He basically says that he will not be allowed to enter US back even with his work permit. Is this a true?

According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp he does not need a visa to visit Canada if he has a biometric passport.  Otherwise he does.

As for getting back to the US, he would need to check with US authorities what kind of visa he needs to come back.  Possibly a multiple entry visit visa in addition to his work permit.
