Hello, one more question,.

My wife was on H4 visa with me in USA from Dec 2009 to June 2010, before she went back to Pakistan.  Does she require FBI report from USA. She has no SSN or any other identification is USA other than her passport and visa on it.

Any information will be helpful.

1.  She has to submit a fingerprint check to the FBI.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
