I am a U.S. Citizen ready to apply for PR to Canada... I am already in Canada on a study permit. As for a medical exam..does this HAVE to be done in my own country of citizenship?...or can I have it done here in Canada?

It can be done in Canada.  My doctors office even has a price list up on the wall with what they charge for it.  I forget how much though, somewhere between 100 and 200.
