i am in india now and looking to apply canada immigration but i dont have PCC FROM USA as i didnt apply.. i dont have usa visa to go back and get it.. i would like to know is usa PCC IS MANDATORY AND IF SO , HOW CAN I GET IT WHEN IN INDIA ?

If you stayed for more than 6 months it is mandatory other wise not necessary. Please search in the forum you will get the details.

It is mandatory and you apply by mail.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
