I am all ready to mail out my applications, in fact it was ready in April BUT I could not get my police clearance since I am on implied status waiting for my study visa extension. I am most tempted to mail it out anyways and put in a note saying that police clearance to follow when I receive it. I am applying outland and I am aware that it is supposed to be submitted together with my applications. Its just that all this waiting is so frustrating. Any comments or suggestions is appreciated.
