I m citizen of canada, i sponsored my parents, My father worked in Iraq  in 1980. Canadian embassy in the phils. asking for police clearance of my father in Iraq.  My father went to embassy Iraq in the philippines to help him to how to get police clearance..they issued certificate to my father that's saying that they received my father papers and still in process, so my father sent it to canadian embassy in the phils. and they not honored this...can you pls help me how to get my father police clearance. we're knew that in Iraq our  still in war...so do you have any idea.

He has to wait for the certificate, not just a letter stating that it is progress.
