police clearance letter from

I have stayed in 3 states in the US for more than 6 months each.. What is the procedure for getting the police clearance ceritficate. I am no longer in US now

And what that link will tell you is that you need a single FBI clearance. You do not need police clearances from each state (unless it is later requested by an immigration officer).
