Hello everyone?

i been living in canada for 8 years..just got married in Sept this year. Im Currently on a work permit and it expires in Jan/2012. we want to apply for overseas Spousal application for which i will be going to india.. Do i need to get police clearance from india or can i do it just from here in canada? as i have been living in canada fr last 8 years and just went back after wedding in Oct this year.

when i came to canada i had turned 18 in May 12/2003 and came to canada in Nov18/2003? please help?

You need one for India and you can get it at the Indian consulates in Canada.

have you experienced this yourself? So can i just go to any indian visa office in vancouver (I'M IN SURREY) and ask for one? how long would it take?
