What about obtaining a PCC from USA? Usually, how many days it takes before the PCC arrives? I am from LOS ANGELES, requested PCC at SACRAMENTO.

No, you need to submit this to the visa office responsible for your case i.e they will call for it later.

Hi -

You do not submit PCCs to the CIO/Nova Scotia with the initial application.  You DO submit PCCs with the full application to the local visa office.  If you do not submit them with the application, they will ask for them later, but that will delay processing.  Personally, I would not want to annoy the immigration officer by not following directions.
