My Husband and I sent our appl for an inland (sponser)pr on nov 14th 2009, I read here lots that most people get a requist from cic to do their medical, fingerprints, ect... however we sent everything at once with our appl, including receipts from alllllll fees, is that ok? and will that speed up things???

No, because you are supposed to send all the information with the application in the first place.  AIP is about 5/6 months before you will hear anything.
