police check and fingerprinting

Hi could anyone tell me if this is correct, as I am doing my sponsorship inland from canada so do I get my fingerprints taken here in canada and attach them to my police check application to be sent to australia, and then the Australian Federal Police will forward it all to the Canadian Consulate General along with my criminal check, does this sound correct?

yes, but make sure to tell them you want it sent to you, or else they will most likely send it to CHC Sydney.  You have to include it with your application to Vegreville.

If I'm sponsoring my husband from Lebanon. Does he needs fingerprints.... I didn't see it anywhere in the application or I may missed that section

1.  If your spouse has never lived outside Lebanon for more than 6 months, he doesn't require fingerprints for his Police Certificate.

Oh god thanks so much. I thought I may forgot that part but no he never lived more than 4 months outside Lebanon.
