Dear All
My wife, as principal applicant , is applying as skilled worker category coming month but i ll be spouse.
Actually I lived in Tokyo JAPAN from master from Oct 2007 to Sep 2009, End of Sep 2009, I applied for Police certificate and then I got it but it is sealed one in envelope.
In the same time, I am also applicant for Skilled Worker Category in 2007 form immigration, but I am in long time waiting queue. I also got the this police certificate from Japam by face to face to visiting to local office of pakistani.
If i am submitting this one , sealed one, then how could i get it new for my Immigration case 2007. so it is difficult to get original certificate again n again from Japan.
So please suggest me what should do I.
Regards
Gulshan

If your wife get Immigration processed earlier, your old file will be dead.
If you are suggesting that your new application gets rejected and you fall back on the old one, then IF they ask for another one and you have to provide, you will have to get a new one. You might try telling them that you have sent one before, accepting it is on Visa Officer's will.

Hi
Difficult or easy you will have to provide it when VO asked for it as its you who are applying again under the new category, so there is no valid reason for not sending the PCC and also remember that PCC are valid for certain time like 6 months so if you have it in 2009 i am sure its expired now and you will need a new one with present date.
Cheers

Gulshan,
Please note that :
1. PCC should be submitted in original only. Copy is not acceptable to visa offices.
2. PCC should have obtained within 3 months when it is received at the visa office.
3. PCC should be attached with a translation in English or French, if the original is issued in a different language.
