Your brother, father and wife can process & collect on your behalf. But original passport must be required and the police will put a stamp on the Certificate that on the time of issuing the certificate u are not physically present. If u are out of contry , dont tell them othewise they will ask for the Pakistani Embassy request letter or demand to apply through embassy.
Write an application to police officer that u required for canadian immigration, attach two attested photographs, Passport and ID Card attested copies and sumit this application in SSP Lahore office. After four days they will call u or your relative to come alongwith u Original passport for collection of the certificate. Meanwhile they will also visit your home for your physical presence & character (u know what to do), say them that u are out of town.
Anybody had some experience in getting police character certificates from Lahore. Please give me the directions to office and preferably some person who can get the job done without me going back and forth to some police office.
