Dear Sir
I am Pakistani national resident in Saudi Arabia from last 6 years. I am applying for Candian Immigration. Do i need to get the police certificate from Pakistan as well? Please reply

Yes - you need a police certificate for every country you have lived in for six months or more since the age of 18.

YES.
Like said above, every place (country) you have lived since 18 years of age.
