I'm a US citizen who had attended university for 3 years in Montreal, and am applying to immigrate in the family class.  Do I need a police certificate from the RCMP in addition to the others I need from the US?  Thanks very much,

Appendix B says not to get one from RCMP until requested to do so by the visa office.
