Hi, I'm wondering if you can submit spousal sponsorship (inland) without submitting your police certificate at the same time? WIll they return your application if you submit police clearance later on? because it takes months to get a police certificate from Philippines and we want to start the spousal sponsorship...please help..thanks!

You should attach an undertaking letter that you will submit the PCC later , explaining the situation . it would go through.

No need my friend, just make your own letter on a plain paper stating why the PCC cannot be attached now. You just add that the request is made for PCC and waiting for it.
