Hi all,
I am new to this forum and this is my first topic. Like most of you i'm planning to the skilled workers program. The thing is i've lived in the US for more than 6 months. Knowing that i'm not an american citizen, do i need a police certification from my home country as well as from the US. If so, what is the procedure to obtain a PCC from the US. I've heard that some countries like the US do not offer PCC for foreigners. Is this true?
Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

You will need to get PCC from all those countries where you lived for 6 months or more since turning the age of 18, so yes you need PCC from US does not matter if you are a citizen or not. You got incorrect information many applicants on this forum got there PCC from US. However US PCC takes time, they say about 16 weeks but on average you will get it in 8 weeks so better to apply for that ASAP because this is the only PCC which will take your alot of time. Below is the link of how to get PCC from USA.

Hi,

Here is the link of a thread where applicants have discussed about the FBI PCC, you may ask question to these guys because they either have already got the FBI clearance or are waiting for it.
