Hi I have a very simple question about Police certificate for my permanebt residence visa.
It might be so confused.

My husband is canadian and he stayed in Australia more 6 months.
Do I have to put his Police certificate???
I got mine but I just didn't his...cause he is canadian.

Please help me!

he has to submit a police certificate from australia because he has lived there more than 6 months

I am confused. Who is sponsoring who?? If you are sponsoring your husband, then yes you do need his PCC from Australia. If he is sponsoring you, you don't need it. Only the person being sponsored needs the PCC, not the sponsor.

The sponsor does not require any police certificates.

yes only the person to be sponsored has to submit PCC of any country wherehe has been living more than 6 months

I am sorry that I didn't explain very well.
I am applying PRV and my husband will be sponser, and he's a canadian.

I am just sending my PRV documents and extend of my staying in canada( marked C to get initial work permit)
Then I just re-read the Guide of PRV and I thought about Police certificate of me and my spouse?

Then He stayed in Australia more than 6 months.
He might need his one... He is a canadian and I was confused.
I am the applicant and he is the sponser.

I just have a question as normal. (it is not connected with my case)
any sponsers don't need their police certificate?

I am very happy that he doesn't need to get his police certificate and

No problem. Good luck with your application.

Yes, if you are the sponsor, then you DO NOT need a police certificate. This applies in all cases.
