Is this correct ?

Date of issue of police certificate sent to visa office,  must be no later than  " 3 months"  from date which we sent application to CIC, Sydney.

I need to be shure if its 3 months from application sent to CIC, Sydney .

Than you very much .

Each local visa office has its own rules, but in general most of them request the police certificate not to be older than 3 months from the date you submit the full document to ur local visa office

N.B.: Date from submitting the document to the local visa office NOT the CIO in Sydney

You dont need to submit your police clearance to the CIO office. once you get approval from CIO, you would be submitting your docs to the local visa office. That time if you dont give the correct one, they will return your form and ask you to submit with correct clearance certificate.

I'm sure that the 3 months r counted from the moment they receive the certificate at the visa office NOT CIO, I'll let u why :
- CIO don't ask the Police certificate
- Processing time at the CIO is almost 2 months, and some cases here in this forum took more than 4 months to get reply from the CIO
- It is logical that the visa office not to consider poilce certificates which had been issued more than 3 months from receiving the full documents

Anyway i sent the police certificate along with the full document to my visa office and the police certificate was exactly 3 months old ( From the date sent to the local visa office and 5 months old from the date sent to the CIO, i'll keep u updated with the results,
