Policde clearance more than required mos

Hi Seniours,

     I submitted to visa office a wrong police clearance, more tha 3 mos from the date it was issued. Any instance that it was happened before and refused to get visa?

Get another one and send asap. They might not deny the visa but the process can get delayed unnecessarily.
