I know a polish person does not require a visa anymore to enter Canada to visit.

My question is how long can this person stay. I heard from some that it is 3 months and others that it is 6 months.

Does anyone have the exact info on this.

A link is really what I need to verify it please. I can't find the info on CIC.

Usual admission is for 6 months for all visitors not requiring a TRV.

When you arrive in Canada, the immigration officer will decide whether you can be admitted to Canada and, if he/she is satisfied that you intend to stay only temporarily, will decide how long you are allowed to stay.

Unless otherwise specified, you are authorized to stay up to six months. You must leave Canada by that date or else, at least three weeks before that date, apply to prolong your status.
