Hi all,

I have six years of experience as a graphic design instructor from 1995 to 2001.
My migration agent says that my experience from 1999 to 2001 will only be considered because I applied in 2009.
I want to know if its true.
In that case my points regarding job experience will go down considerably.

In IELTS I got 6.5 in Listening. Though I expected at least 7.5 in it.
So my proficiency in English has 14 points instead of 16. Should I go for re-evaluation?

I am quite concerned. Don't know what to do. Can you guys help?
Will appreciate your effort.

Thanks in advance

1.  If you have experience in the past 10 years in any occupation that is in NOC A,B or O it will be counted.  It would appear your are applying under NOC 4131 so you had 2 year  from 99-01.  So any A,B or O job experience from 01-09 counts as well.

1.  In future don't high jack threads, start your own.
2.  Depends on what level the NOC was for the job, it has to be A,B or O.  Search http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx

You may consider by posting your questions in a thread started by someone else, as "waist the space"  but the original poster wants answers to his or her query, and by posting in the thread a different query, their concerns get lost.
