i had applied on july 2007 at that time iam having 2 years experiance but present i have 4 year expeiance do at time they asses my case count current experiance which will help me in getting more points.

If you applied under simplified procedure in which you only sent the forms with no documents, then you had to be qualified at the time of application. This means that your credentials will be evaluated based on your status at that time NOT present.

OP mentions very clearly that experience gained during processing to be counted though simplified application mentions that a person should meet all requirements of immigration at initial filing. But OP clarfies and instructs visa officer to consider experience gained during processing.

but i had send documents at the time of filling the application do
they required again for calculating points.
