My IELTS score is  R 6, L 6, W 8, S 7.5  with an overall band of 7.  I know this will fetch me 12 points on 16. My question is how the remaining 8 points for second language is evaluated. I have moderate skill in French from a Cameroon with English and French being the official languages. I will use my IELTS results as evidence for English. What should I use as evidence to prove my knowledge  in french?

Please advise
