points for education and work experience

how many points do i receive if i have 3 years bachelor degree in science, and 1 year full, 2.5 years part time in NOC code 4152 also 1 year full time in customer care executive..... , though the latter is not an NOC.....

i m about to send my file soon , pls reply in emergengy.....

i need to know that my experience as customer care exec will not be considered.....coz my consultant says it is necessary to have 1 year experience or equivalent under NOC code for which the application is being filed so that you are eligible , all other work exs are counted...

pls explain further.....

also, if i count the no. of years as a student it gives a total of 15 years of study(10th-10 yrs, 12th-2yrs,3 yrs bachelor),also my spouse same 15 yrs & 1 year diploma so making a total of 16 yrs....

in that case what would be the suggestion.....
