My brother-in-law's brother is a resident of Canada. Can I get points against adaptability for this ? (Family in Canada (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, niece, nephew, child or grandchild, spouse or common-law partner who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Canada)

Hey grouvvy

Your Brother's brother in law is not considered as your family, not even your brother in law. (it could be only your niece or nephew, if any)
