points for 2 masters degree

I got 2 masters degree, 1 bachelor and 17 years full time education.
now, will i get full 25 points?
i am concerned as i heard that CIC will count only 1 masters not 2. in that case total years of education will be 16 years.

In my knowledge, CIC will be count only one master's degree because both degree are same credit. If both are one year. If you have two years master's degree with three years bachelor then get 25 point from education. In that case will be showing one master's which is two years.
