Points evaluation for CSQ

Hi there,

Could anybody please help me to asses my points for CSQ. Here is my information,

1)Bachelors in "Accounting for management" in 2008

2)ACCA (Accounting qualification) Final stage (in progress)

3)4.5 yrs experience in the same field

4)Age 27

5)English IELTS: 6.5 band overall

6)French Delf A1 & A2, registered in B1

7)Finances, sufficient

Can I send my application for CSQ with Delf A2 result and B1 enrollment. and when I pass B1 & B2, Can I send them

later; I mean when I get results; one more thing, what should I write in the form for my french language ability?
