My wife's brother( son of my wife's paternal uncle) is a permanent resident in canada. Can I get any point for this?
My brother( son of my paternal aunt ) is a permanent resident in canada. Can I get any point?

The relatives in Canada that you have described are referred to as "cousins" for immigration purposes (not brothers). Unfortunately you don't receive adaptability poins for cousins.

No these relations do not give you adaptability points for FSW.
