POF while Landing (currency in Dirhams) - Urgent

1. U have to 'open' a Canadian Bank A/c from abroad (eg. Scotiabank's overseas prearrangement)
2. No, a Debit Card with a foreign bank (with a USD A/c) will not work.

Thanks for your quick response, for the prearrangment proof of fund: when the canadian bank is opened, do i have to put the whole funds for a family of 4 into the account at a go before landing? Or  deposit some money into it and instruct my oversea bank to wire the money into the canadian bank account when landed. Must i transfer all the money before i land.

I need more explanation on the Scotioabank's overseas prearrangment, how do i go about it and how to open one, what and what do i have to do so that the prearranged account would be acceptable to IO/VO at POE

Seglad, the amount should be in the statement when you get statement. if you carry some amount and some amount in canadian bank statement is also valid POF. even Canadian bank statement also valid for your entire POF (for example principle applicant single unmarried no dependents 1person with canadian bank statement POF total CAD $11050 is valid POF for him).
please correct if typo mistake.
