                        how long should the pof funds should stay in the bank account after sending the pof , once the visa issued can we take the amount out of the bank?

after visa yes you can take the fund out but you have to take that with you when you land to canada, immigration ppl may ask you.

whaever the amount you have shown in the application says as a certificate. you got to take that amount with you.

its not required to show all the money you have quoted in your forms at the time of landing.... only their required funds will do....

You will have to show the evidence of the funds in your name with minimum amount of funds required as stated on the website as per each family member accompanying if applicable. Yes you can withdraw the money from the bank now but will have to carry a proof of funds at the time of completing your landing in Canada.
