Hello to all, please give me an advice. I'm from Philippines.

I was hired as caregiver directly, i have my work permit from canadian embassy.  Do I need to go at POEA to be under OFW? I inquired at POEA thru phone, an employee, she asked me first if I have an agency or direct hire, i said direct hire then she told me to prepare P7,000.00 for processing fee, P2,000.00 plus for medical exam and P900.00 for medicare. She told me to go personally at 2nd floor NAME HIRE. I ask if there is an schedule for PDOS, she answered it's up to me at my free time. Please help me..... is it needed or not? will it affect on my flight? do the immigration at airport will hold me?
