I understand that the employer has to sign an ammendment stating the 4 extra things including paying airfare 2 ways however what is it that they are verifying when you pay the 28$ and 10$..they say its to verify the documents(LMO, CONTRACTS)..what do they do? Do they contact HRSDC? Do they contact the employer?  I would like to prepare the employers for potential calls/letters..Seems like an unnecessary hassle as the employers have already waited forever and now I will be asking for more and more paperwork. I so hope no one backs out cause of this.

The employer just signs the contract adendum with the 4 extra requirements  and they notify POEA to issue the exit permit after the worker takes the seminar. In other words, POLO just extracts more money from the employer for the Philippine government. Read about my recent POLO experience in another posting on here.
