I got provincial nomination in October and I was planning to apply in a week. On the letter its been clearly written on what visa office to use but on the web site its written to send the documents to CIO office Sydney,Nova Scotia if applying after 1st Dec 2011.
What Should I do should I apply to visa office written on letter sent by Province or to CIO office Sydney,Nova Scotia.

Hello,

I had the same problem, I got my nomination letter on Nov 15th, dated 31st Oct, I just saw the update yestrday, my visa office is INDIA, so I was quite confused and called the MPNP today and they confirmed that all the documents according to the new checklist needs to be submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia and once they have a confirmation on all the documents, the will send the documents to the concerned visa office accordingly.. Hope this helps.. cheers..

Also, if you have already sent your file with all the documents across to your concerned visa office, then it wont be a problem, they will process it, but if you have not sent it across yet, then you need to send it to Sydney, Nova Scotia

Starting Dec 1 2011, Sydney centralized office will be responsible for the receipt of all PNP applications. You must send your application to this office and disregard the info on where the nominating province has instructed you to send to.

You can contact your province to confirm this. There is chance you application get returned if you send directly to visa offices.
