hello sir/madame,
i have been working for almost 2 yrs but i was not nominated by my employer...my contract & temporary working visa is going to expire soon... i dont want to go home yet...i have a bachelor degree but i worked here under the semi skilled...i hope you can help me or advise me what to do. Can i apply as immigrant?

It depends what province you are in,Since after all under the Canadian constitution each province has its own law,For example I helped some temporary foriegn workers in Alberta who had to go home switch employment to BC,where they switched into Permanent residents under the BC PNP,which they could no do in alberta,For example Fast Food worker cannot qualify in Alberta for PR status,but they can in BC
