PNP Program: From Bangladesh.

I lives in Bangladesh, Single, total 16 years education, have more than 05 years work experience.

I would like to know the PNP immigration system/procedure as I am interested of this program.

Dear Aroy,

Different Canadian Provinces have different sets of criteria for eligibility. If you are outside Canada,you must have a valid full time job offer to apply. Only if you have first blood relatives in either Saskatchewan or in Manitoba, then you can apply under family stream PNP category even not having a job offer.
