Dear Samina and 2010 AD appplicants who's waiting for PPR:

I just want to share the progress of my application.

My daughter (dependant) received a letter from cic-manila (where they took their medical there) requesting her to perform sputum test as she was diagnosed with Tuberculosis. She was already under medication before she underwent medical test but still required for a 2-month sputum culture test. Also she has to take repeat x-rays after 3rd month and 6th month of medication.

I also want to share that I was confused before regarding SMOKING vs TUBERCULOSIS. I had this notion that if we smoke, it can cause us to have TUBERCULOSIS. I was surprised to know that IT IS NOT.

My daughter is not smoking but she's positive with TB while my husband is a chain smoker and he is NEGATIVE from TB.

Well there is NO relation between both of them: Tuberculosis is a bacteria and smoking does NOT cause tuberculosis instead, you can catch tuberculosis even if your healthy. btw, the CIO already charged my credit card for the PF&RPRF (w/c i have paid altogether) dated Jan 12 so I assumed they already started processing my PR application. With the new procedure, i just don't know what will i expect, if they will directly send me an AOR or will they send my complete files first to Abu Dhabi VO. I wish they will at least send me some sort of confirmation regardingthe next process... goodluck to all of us!

I am not sure that what are the VIsa office documents, i know the other documents which is related to the CIO, should be filled any other documents for Visa office, I am staying currently in  Saudi Arabia and which Visa office should i selected, do i need to fill any special application other normal applicaiton, please help


which visa office would my application go through? Abu Dhabi or London??
