hi sset12, i will be sending my documents to CIO in Sydney, NS this coming Thrusday.. hope this coming year 2012 will be much faster.. keep us posted on any development of your application.. btw, have you already included draft cheque for RPRF (right for permanent residence fee), their site is saying that it is much better to include it to have a faster processing... so i prepared 2 draft cheque. regards, |

because they send us letter in march 2011 on wrong email address which we never received they are going to close our case in next 15 days
we never received correspondence about medical from them

As far as i know you it is a must that you bring with you the formal medical request from the embassy. Try to send them an email and request them to resend again the request via post of email... They might reconsider your case as it was lost in the post...It happened to me also (but not the MR) that the manitoba immigration sent me a request for additional documents and it was also lost. They gave me due date or else if i cannot submit the docs they will close my file> BUt it did not happen, I asked them to resend the required docs thru mail and they did it. So even I forwarded the docs required after the due date,they still consider my file...But try to mail them ASAP. Issah need immediate answer please
