1. Is it advisable to pay the visa processing fee and the RPRF at the same time?
Ans. It is better to pay one time because it will save your time and reduce your processing time.

Q:Do I have to make separate cheque for the processing fee ($550x2=$1,100) and the RPRF fee ($490x2=$980)? Or just the total amount of CAD$2,080?

2. Regarding the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION (form IMM 5549), does it has to be completed both by the principal applicant (me) and my husband too? Do I need to make a single entry for each country I've visited or is it okay to consolidate the places for each period & fill up like this example : May 2008 - June 2008/ tourism / France, Italy, Germany, Spain
Alternatively, do I need to include specific place for each country for each period? i hope someone can enlighten me on this one as I have been into 15 countries for the past 10 years  and I just want to fill it up in the most appropriate/accurate manner.

Ans. Anyone above 18 should fill this form and you should mentioned your each visit or stay in countries during 10 years starting with most recent information. That will be much better and easier if you will go according to you passport entries.

Comments: Yes, I have noted all my passport entries/exit; I am just a bit confused how the list should be done. Please see below example and advice w/c entry is correct, A or B?
A. Consolidated list of countries per period (I prefer this one coz it will be shorter)

Hi just want to share my info as I noticed I almost have the same timeline with most of you guys:

Application CIC AD - 16-05-2011

I only received my AOR yesterday (25-Oct-2011)

It took me more than 5 months just to get my AOR. But good thing is at least there's a sign of progress.

I think the other guys who applied the same date as me will get their's soon.

Please calculate fee for all members included in your application and make one demand draft (DD) – Processing fee: 550 + 490 (RPRF) for you and your spouse  = 1040 x 2 = 2080.00 (CD) and 150 (CD) for each child below age 22

Ok Option B will be fine , but you just list here only 3 year, you should mention 10 year.

I submitted my application on May 31, 2011.
More than 5 months I waited before I received this AOR.
Thank God !

Could please help me. Im about to send my nbi clearance together with the passport to my husband, what do i need to include? We havent receive the email for PPR yet. Im somewhat confused what to include in the package. Im afraid i might left out something they need. thanks!
